Titanium Heat Distribution
Aluminum conducts heat evenly across the pot bottom — reducing hot spots. Titanium conducts heat 7x less efficiently, concentrating heat at the flame contact point. For boiling water: no issue. For cooking grains or anything that can burn: center the flame carefully and stir frequently.
