In practice
Leave No Trace Context
On a 7-day solo trip: approximately 30 toilet paper uses, each requiring pack-out or minimum 6-inch bury in approved areas. Zero waste with Kula Cloth. For Leave No Trace purists and wilderness areas with strict waste regulations, this is the most impactful single hygiene change.
