Coleman Classic 2-burner: 2×10,000 BTU = 20,000 BTU total. Camp Chef Everest 2X: 2×20,000 = 40,000 BTU total. At 40,000 BTU: 1-quart boil time 4.5 minutes. At 20,000 BTU: 8.5 minutes. For cooking pasta for a family, shaving 4 minutes off every boil over a weekend trip is tangible.
